START UP POLICY
One trip for supervisory start-up service is included with the purchase of each new system sold by Signa Mechanical. If the station or any part thereof is not ready for start-up as advised below, a return trip at additional cost will be required. Our service technicians will not wait on site for work to be completed. Additional trips or man hours required for a follow-up start-up service due to delays not caused by Signa Mechanical will be charged at the regular service rate for your location.
Upon submission of this form to Signa Mechanical, any re-scheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If proper notice is not given, up to 8 hours will be charged against time allotted for start-up.
