The system monitors pump performance and records every start, run time duration, and stop of each grinder pump in the system. It also logs alarm conditions, including high-fluid levels and power loss. An unlimited number of users can be designated to receive text or email notifications for these alarm conditions. Historic and live data can be accessed and viewed through the SAM online platform.

For municipalities or service managers with multiple sites, all stations can be viewed on your portal. Performance reporting capability is available so your team can customize and schedule reports. Assign different users to monitor individual stations or assign users with full manager-level permissions.  The improved dashboard includes a map feature for users to quickly identify the status of all stations.
