My Station is in Alarm... What do I do?
Step 1: Silence the Alarm
DO NOT shut off the breakers for the pump(s). Go to the control panel (gray box). Find the gray silence button on the left underside of the panel and push to silence. The sound will be silenced, though the red light will stay on.
Step 2: Check Back
After silencing the alarm, wait for one hour, then check the panel again. If the red alarm light is still on, service is recommended for the station. If the light is off, the station is no longer in alarm and no further action is required.
