Field Service
Schedule our certified technicians for on-site service of your E/One station. All fleet vehicles are fully stocked with E/One parts to repair most pump issues in the field. Our goal is to have your station operational in the same service day. Field Service calls receive scheduling priority and are the recommended option for grinder pump repair. Shop Service
Signa Mechanical offers complimentary in-shop diagnosis of E/One grinder pump cores. Ship or drop off your pump to one of our shop locations and we’ll send you a diagnosis report, along with a quote for repair. Diagnosis may take up to 10 days, so Field Service is recommended for homeowners or urgent situations. Please call 949-548-1125 to schedule a pump drop off or shipment at any of our locations.

Signa’s sales team has over 50 years of combined engineering and design experience in the pump industry. From single family homes to large commercial sites, or even entire communities, we can help you understand and design a customized E/One Sewer solution.

Equipment Specs/Drawings
Register as an Engineer on our website and receive access to downloadable drawings, case studies, and “Fantastic Sites” that operate on an E/One Sewer System in our region. Alternatively, you can call our office at 949-548-1125 for specific information.
E/One Design Assistant
E/One’s Design Assistant software is available for download in Signa’s Engineering portal. Developed for use in designing community-wide solutions, this tool will help to calculate the size of sewer lines, number of flush kits/air release stations, and estimated project costs.
